We aim to despatch your order within 2 -3 working days.  As each product is made to order there may be occasional circumstances where this may take longer.  In the event that this happens, we will contact you to let you know.


Orders sent within the UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For.  UK orders over £40 are sent free of charge.  Europe and Worldwide will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.  Please ensure someone is available to sign for your order.

Shipping rates are as follows:

 Destination Regular parcels: up to 1kg Large parcels: 1kg - 2kg
Europe £13.00 £17.00
Worldwide £19.00 £25.00


On average, UK parcels will be delivered within 2 - 5 working days.  For Europe, parcels are usually delivered within 5 - 10 working days and Worldwide is usually 10 - 14 working days.  In the event that you do not receive your order within that time, please contact us and we will look into it for you.  We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

If your order is shipped outside the EU, customs charges and taxes may apply that you will be required to pay.


In the event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at to arrange a return. Returns should be made within 7 days and products should be in their original condition and unused.

We will refund the price paid by you for the good delivered (excluding the initial delivery charge) within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned order.  Refunds will be made against the original credit/debit card used of via PayPal.

If you return products to us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.  Please ensure you obtain proof of postage from Royal Mail in the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned goods.

We cannot accept returned products that we reasonably believe have been used.  In such circumstances, we will notify you via email that no refund will be given and you will be responsible for arranging for the goods to be returned to you.  This must be arranged within twenty eight (28) days of our email notification, after which the products will be disposed of.

If the goods you receive are damaged, faulty or not what you originally ordered, we will happily exchange the items or offer you a refund.  Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
